When I use your "Booking Cost" tag in a generated email, the Balance Due includes the security deposit, which for me is not due until 2 weeks prior to check-in. Can you change that balance due to be equal to any initial deposit or remaining balance (or other fess that others may charge) that are due but NOT include the security deposit? I prefer to send an email with a link to pay the security deposit via PayPal 2 wks prior to check in so that I can easily refund it via PayPal without any bank charges or fees.

Yes - there is a way to do this, but it is not documented (we will remedy this soon.)
In your Dashboard ==> Account Settings, all the way at the bottom there is a box called Advanced Account Settings. If you add a record there, called "IncludeRSDTotalLineInEmails" with a value of "N", then the refundable security deposit will not be included in that Balance Due line in the table that the [BOOKING COSTS] tag produces.
I have already put this in for your account - can you test it and make sure this is doing what you want it to?
If anyone else needs any assistance with this, please just ask and we will take care of it for you.
