Hi. I recently had a guest request an 8 night stay. VRBO took the weekly amount (625) and added an additional $89.29 (the average cost per night for the weekly stay). Bookerville total came out at $625 weekly plus $110 (normal nightly rate). I thought there was a way to get Bookerville to prorate the additional nights but I cannot seem to find it. Thanks!

Hi pch, yes this is very simple. Go to your Property Setup ==> Rates tab. At the top is a drop-list labeled "Weekly/Monthly Rates Policy:". It defaults to "Fall-Back", in which extra days simply "fall-back" to the standard rates (as entered by you).
Select "Pro-Rated" instead, and it will price additional days based on the average weekly rate.
Make sense? As always, let us know if we can help.
